Affiliate Membership

The Real Estate Services category consists of numerous real estate related affiliate organizations. These organizations provide services that can help you with lending, escrow, home warranty, insurance, and many other quality service programs.  Affiliates are valued for their dedication, hard work, service,  member focus, and generous support of every facet of the real estate industry.  Affiliates receive the same privileges as REALTOR® members, but with limitations to the Multiple Listing Service ("MLS"), elections, and certain committees. 

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Affiliate member of the Shasta Association of REALTORS® (“Association”) and below are a few of the benefits of our Affiliate Members . . .


  • Address membership and distribute literature at General Membership Meetings;

  • Serve on selected committees;

  • Participate in and/or sponsor REALTOR® events;

  • Network with fellow professionals in the Real Estate Network;

  • Help with educational events and services;

  • Online membership rosters;

  • Use of facility for seminars;

  • Association socials and mixers; and

  • Promotion of events via online flyers.

Steps for joining . . .

  1. Print Membership Application;

  2. Complete ALL detailed information of the application, sign, and date; and

  3. Return the fully executed Membership Application, along with a copy of your driver’s license to the Association office via email at or U.S. Mail or hand delivery at 840 Remor Street, Redding, CA 96002.

Upon our receipt of the completed application, we will contact you to confirm the amount of fees and dues payable at the time of processing your application for membership, as well as provide you with a membership benefit package.
