Meet Team Shasta
As outlined in our "Leadership" page, the Association Executive Officer (“AE”) is responsible for administering the operating policies established by the Board of Directors, as well as, maintaining the day-to-day operations of the organization. Those daily functions include, but are not limited to, REALTOR® membership education and training, Multiple Listing Service, dispute resolution, legal updates, community involvement, and membership support, which are carried out with the assistance of a trained and experienced support staff, we refer to as “Team Shasta.” It is the combined efforts of Team Shasta that maximize efficiency to assure the overall success of the association will continue through quality, personal service for our REALTOR® members and the community.
