The Shasta Association of REALTORS® (“Association”) is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, President Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, and eight other REALTOR® directors, each elected pursuant to the Association Bylaws. The Board of Directors, works closely with the various Association Committees/Task Forces, to establish Association operating policies which are administered by the Association Executive Officer. Through this unified leadership, member professionalism and accountability are preserved and consumer confidence is heightened. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the effective management and overall conduct of the Association’s affairs. The CEO recommends and participates in the development of Association policies and procedures, including making recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval and implementation.
As CEO, Donna plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates staff operations, education programs, events, and Association activities to ensure organizational objectives are achieved, strategic plans are fulfilled, and REALTOR® and member needs are met. She maintains strong professional relationships with REALTORS®, Affiliates, and community partners, and represents the Association in administrative matters at the state and national levels.
