 MLS Rules and Coming Soon Regulations

From time to time, the Multiple Listing Service Rules and Regulations are updated to comply with mandatory changes in NAR policies or California law, as well as for general improvement. As such, the Board of Directors, MLS Committee, and staff encourage members to familiarize themselves and their fellow members with the current rules to assure compliance and avoid penalties. To obtain the most current version of the MLS Rules and Regulations, simply complete the information below, and of course, should you have questions or require additional assistance, please contact the Association office.

The Coming Soon Status has special rules and therefore, REALTORS, MLS Participants and Sellers should be aware of those rules prior to selecting this status. While we no longer require the coming soon seller authorization form to be complete,however agents must mark the coming soon section of the MLSA form. The MLSA form is required to be registered and uploaded via the online portal at: https://form.jotform.com/253495423602153
